Next.js & React Development

Production-grade web applications that are fast, accessible and easy to evolve.

  • Building and enhancing production web apps with Next.js and React — server-side rendering, routing, caching and streaming
  • Performance, accessibility and SEO optimization across the platform
  • Shared component libraries in a monorepo, with consistent technical standards and best practices
02

Headless CMS Implementation (Sanity & Payload)

Structured content and editorial workflows that let writers publish faster.

  • Designing and maintaining Sanity schemas and structured content models
  • Writing and optimizing GROQ queries, custom previews and Sanity Studio extensions
  • Integrating Sanity into the frontend and supporting publishing workflows across multiple sites and teams
  • Building Payload CMS backends with config-driven content models, granular access control and custom admin components
  • Self-hosted Payload setups running inside your Next.js app, with your own database and infrastructure
  • Migrating from legacy CMSs to enable faster content delivery
  • Content features for landing page optimization, page-variant and CTA testing, SEO and content performance insights
03

Integration, AI & DevOps

Connecting your platform to the systems — and the AI — your business runs on.

  • Integrating REST and SOAP services and AI APIs into production applications
  • AI-assisted features for search, automation and content enrichment, including MCP-based tooling
  • AI helpers embedded in content and development workflows, with defined human review and decision points
  • Connecting the web platform to enterprise systems — cloud-hosted services, marketing and analytics platforms — and unlocking siloed data
  • CI/CD pipelines with Git, observability tooling and cloud-native deployments
04

Support, Documentation & Collaboration

A reliable partner who leaves your team stronger and your systems well documented.

  • Troubleshooting, root cause analysis and bug remediation
  • Technical documentation of content models, architecture and workflows, plus knowledge-transfer material
  • Close collaboration with designers, product managers, QA and stakeholders, and technical guidance for developers
  • Raising team AI literacy through working sessions, demos and Q&A

How we work together

An embedded partner, not an outsourced vendor

  1. 1

    Discovery conversation

A 30-minute call to understand your platform, goals, team and constraints.

  2. 2

    Onboarding

I join your tools, repositories and rituals, inside your security and access policies.

  3. 3

    Sprint delivery

Priorities set together through sprint planning and backlog refinement, with steady, visible progress.

  4. 4

    Knowledge transfer

Documentation and working sessions so your team owns everything that was built.

Dedicated capacity

Flexible time-and-materials engagements — typically full-time allocation — so you get a senior engineer embedded in your team, not a ticket queue.

Your process, your tools

I join your sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retros, and work entirely within your approved repositories, pipelines and environments.

Security first

Remote work inside your secure systems. Client data is never stored on consultant-owned devices, and AI features follow your governance and review policies.

Documented by default

Architecture, content models and workflows are documented as a deliverable, so your team can own the work long after the engagement.

Founder & Principal Engineer

About

Hi, I'm Luiz Cláudio.

I founded LCNogueira Web Consulting to help organizations move their web platforms onto a modern, composable stack — Next.js on the front end and Sanity or Payload as a structured content backbone — so writers and content creators can publish faster and engineering teams can ship with confidence.

I work as a hands-on senior engineer inside your team: building features, shaping content models, connecting enterprise systems, and bringing AI into everyday workflows in a way that is safe, reviewed by humans, and genuinely useful.

“Great platforms disappear behind the content. My job is to make publishing feel effortless — and keep it fast, secure and documented.”

FAQ

Questions, answered

How are engagements structured?+

Most engagements are time and materials with a dedicated weekly allocation — often full-time over an initial term — invoiced monthly on actual hours. Priorities can shift between services every sprint as your needs change.

Do you work remotely?+

Yes. All work is done remotely within your approved systems and environments. On-site meetings are possible when requested and agreed in advance.

How do you handle security and sensitive data?+

I work exclusively inside your secure environments and follow your IT and data policies. Client data is never downloaded to or stored on consultant-owned devices.

How do you approach AI?+

Practically and safely. AI features follow your governance and approval processes, include human review of outputs and logging, and sensitive data is never sent to external AI services without approval.

Can you work alongside our existing team?+

That's the goal. I take part in stand-ups, planning, reviews and retros, collaborate with design, product and QA, and help raise the team's technical and AI literacy along the way.
